I am an executive chef and my business partner, Mostaffa Harraz is a director of financial control with Marriott. I have over 16+ years of experience at 5-star hotels such as the Radisson Suites Hotel here in Melbourne, Courtyard Marriott in Ryadh, Saudi Arabia, AC by Marriott in Genoa, Italy, Intercontinantel Hurghada Resort in Egypt and the Ritz Carlton to name a few. I am now ready to bring the flavors of the middle east to you.
